The Doubt of a Perfect Vessel🏺
Scarred and limping,
Struggling within to illuminate the 1st command of "let there be light, "
She wonders, "How could God use a speckled lamb like me?"
Don't You want the one without a spot or blemish?
I know I don't qualify,
Yet You clean me up and use me.
Who am I that You love me?
Who am I that You use me?
She wonders, "What makes me worthy?"
Because all she can see is that she's composed of flaws.
From her perspective, she could never be used to help someone;
She could never be an example of something good.
From His perspective, everything that she thinks disqualifies her makes her the perfect vessel.
He knows that the scars of her tender heart mirror the open wounds others are enduring.
She's perfect for His purpose.
She just doesn't see it the way He does.
