Dear Sista,

First things first: today is a new day. Yesterday is gone.

It’s going to be challenging, but I know with God, you can do this. The season you are in right now requires endurance and patience- know that it's all for a purpose. God knows your potential, and He is developing something special in you.

If you've "tried this already" and are tired of the cycle of falling down, understand that this time will be different. Every time you fall down, all you see is your shortcomings; however, understand that you are getting stronger. Do you understand how much courage it takes to get back up again? To try again?

You are so much stronger than you give yourself credit for.

The goal of the battle isn't to figure out how to walk in perfection. The objective is to stay connected to God through the highs and lows. Yes, you may be in a challenging season. And yes, it's taking longer than you thought it would, but let these challenges speak less to your weaknesses and more to how large the mountain is that you are climbing. This season was not designed so that you beat yourself up over your mistakes. Own them, learn from them, and walk on in faith that God will see you through. This is how you progress. This process is teaching you more than you realize, and know these lessons will help you maintain your sense of self in your next season.

The bigger the mountain, the more you learn on the way up.

I believe in you. I am proud of you for making it this far in your journey. God loves you. I know you can do this. Don’t be afraid to start over; sometimes, starting over helps the process more than holding on to past versions of what used to work.

In this season, do what needs to be done: let go of what drains you. Don’t confine yourself to your past. Go big! Go beyond what you’re used to. I know you can do it! I can’t wait to see you on the other side when what used to be the unknown becomes your new normal. I can’t wait to see you thrive. You got this! Just go!
